Hi, thank you for taking the time to send me you opinion regarding addictions. I am skeptical regarding the 2.5 per cent "troubled" drinking. Alcoholism is embedded in Western culture, and has been for hundreds of years. A large part of it is behind closed doors. People would stop at a glass of wine now and then if there wasn't an addiction problem. I'd intuit that the percentage is more around 30% and so prevalent a part of our culture, it is "normal." The US Government reports that only 15 percent of the estimated 23 million Americans addicted to alcohol and drugs actually seek treatment for their addictions. The 2.5% was probably provided by Johnny Walker. :-) or Institutions that benefit from a drugged society. Twojays

To clarify, I am not vegan, because I do eat honey....how ever I don't eat meat or dairy products of any kind...which is why I don't eat butter

Between you and Mercola.com, I have all but finished my 25 + yrs of research into the fringe science conspiracy/ suppression of technologies! I always knew there was more to the story than I was getting. I found out about a lot of different hidden agendas and ideologies that most of the public is unaware of. However I did not have a smoking gun; a reason why. I have found over the years the most important query is why not how. When one knows the why, the how almost always presents itself. It is the hallmark of understanding! You and Dr. Mercola both have sent my quest down a different path to the truth about what our powers that be are up to.
