Today, I’ll show you a quick & easy recipe for French dressing. I’ve always loved to have French dressing in restaurants, but really don’t want all the nasty mystery ingredients in pre-prepared dressings. With this smashing recipe, it’s all flavor, all healthy and super convenient to make.
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP white wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- 6 TBSP organic, extra-virgin olive oil (preferably raw)
- Salt & pepper to taste
1- In small, Magic-Bullet-type blender (or regular blender), combine:
- Dijon mustard
- White or red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
2- Blend until smooth and creamy.
