Here’s a recipe with locally-grown ingredients fresh from the Farmer’s market that you’ll absolutely love!  The aromatic basil leaves really make this dish take off!  Need I say more than, “Yummy scrummy!”?



1- Combine in medium-sized bowl:

2- Scoop the bruschetta onto red pepper squares.

3- Prepare for flavor explosion!

There you have it!  The piece de resistance for me, is the fresh, red pepper “crackers.”  This is really quick and simple, and so delicious.  I know you and your whole family will love it.
