What is BE SET FREE FAST™?

BE SET FREE FAST™ (BSFF) is a derivative of TFT (Thought Field Therapy). BSFF was originally similar to EFT, but more simple to apply. It is a highly focused energy therapy method for instantly eliminating the negative emotional roots and self-limiting belief systems which are embedded in our subconscious mind.

These unresolved negative emotions and beliefs create and maintain psychological and physical symptoms, which can result in major life adjustment and mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual problems, including medical, and health problems.

BE SET FREE FASTis a descriptive acronym for "Behavioral & Emotional Symptom Elimination Training For Resolving Excess Emotion -- Fear, Anger, Sadness & Trauma."

BSFF directly addresses the subconscious processes that establish and trigger debilitating and dysfunctional reactions.

It rapidly and gently eliminates problems, even when you may not consciously know what the problems are. All that is required is that you notice a "problem" with your conscious mind. Focusing conscious attention on the problem during treatment is not required.

There are typically between 700 and 2000 emotional roots to any specific problem in adults, and somewhat fewer in children. Each BSFF treatment sequence simultaneously eliminates all of these roots, collectively, for each specific problem.

Many treatment issues may have multiple problems (sometimes called aspects) to treat, including those that are called Psychological Reversals. Psychological Reversals are treated with the same instant method as all other problems. This allows for a seamless treatment sequence that is easy for you to understand and to execute, and it optimizes the likelihood that you will easily use the treatments on your own.

What Can BSFF Do For You?

Dr. Nims uses muscle testing extensively for precision diagnosis of emotionally based problems. He routinely uses surrogate muscle testing while working with clients (via telephone and face to face) to enhance the efficiency of treatment.

Who is Dr. Nims?

If you are already experienced with EFT or some other energy psychology tapping method, then practice using your BSFF cue, instead of tapping, for each problem/aspect that you would have previously used the tapping. You will see that BSFF is so much simpler and easier to use. With BSFF you do not need any tapping at all.
