However, this story is an incredible encouragement for those of us that haven't yet committed to an exercise program. The couple in the article started working out after retirement at the age of 65 and has worked out for two hours everyday for the past 27 years.
If you haven't yet started your exercise program you can use this couple as a major inspiration to motivate you to start exercising and reap all the major benefits exercise has to offer. I started exercising 35 years ago, and I don't plan on stopping till I drop somewhere on the other side of 100.
