Using this advice would certainly help you focus on your true inner thoughts--your personal goals--and make changes for the better. If you’re constantly feeling like you want things to change in your life but not doing anything about it, you will inevitably become increasingly stressed and face a worsening of your health.

Along with these tips, if you want to learn how to make positive changes effectively I highly recommend you read, "Getting Things Done" by David Allen. His approach to managing yourself and your world may be amongst the best advice you ever receive. It is profoundly practical, realistic, hands-on, and superbly focused with hundreds of tips, tools, and techniques for improving your personal productivity. "Getting Things Done" is truly one of the most useful books I’ve ever read in my life.
