Bush Most of you know that I am a major fan of exercise and have been running since 1968. I believe that without exercise it is just not possible to obtain Total Health.

President Bush is also amazingly committed to exercise and from every indication I can tell, most likely the fittest American president ever.

So you can imagine how thrilled I was when I found out that he enacted a new plan to help Americans dramatically increase their walking and biking.

Although it is all over the news, most everyone has missed this amazing story because the media is calling it something completely different.
