When I first learned about the Tulsi herb, I had a hard time believing all of the information about its far-reaching benefits. But the scientific research does back up the claims of this aromatic herb. It’s actually a principle herb of Ayurveda, India’s ancient holistic health system, which is now gaining ground in the West as well.
