Join me on August 26th and 27th as I release a two part article detailing Must-Do Tips for You and Your Family to Take Control of Your Health.  I will then be doing two live webinars providing further detail on the effective strategies discussed in each article.

Wednesday will discuss the five items needed to help reverse illness while Thursday will be discussing essential nutritional strategies.  As an added bonus, on Thursday, GrassrootsHealth, in conjunction with the University of California San Diego, has released a series of vitamin D training courses and certifications you won't want to miss. Whether you are a health care professional, or looking to increase your knowledge, these presentations have something beneficial in them for everyone.

During the webinars, I'll also be taking your questions, so feel free to submit them right now in the comments section at the bottom of this page. The earlier I get the questions, the greater the likelihood I will have a chance to respond to them.

Please remember not to submit any personal health questions. They are virtually impossible to answer in this type of format as it would require an extensive history taking, which time does not allow for.

I have written many tens of thousands of pages over the last 18 years, and they typically cover most areas.
