SORRY, I meant "sulfur"!

After reading some of your comments here on mercola.com, it's apparent that you're very knowledgeable about sulphur...would you be able to tell me how sulphur compares to selenium, healthwise (using layman terms, if you don't mind)? :) THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!

Hello Patrick McGean, I would like to give sulfur a try for dry eye condtion. I'm not sure as to weather to take it internally or mix it with distilled water and then put it in my eye or perhaps do both. I will call your 1-801 number tomorrow and I hope that you may guide me as to how I can obtain the sulfur and how to use it and how much etc... Thank you.

I dream a lot more now since taking organic sulfur crystals and remember more of them too.
