What is the best kind/brand of sulfur to buy?

You can now call me President of the Organic Sulfur Fan Club. I have been taking organic sulfur now for two months and I honestly don't know where to begin in singing its praises. As a 50 y/o who had joint discomfort in my lower back and knees due to an active lifestyle -- it's ALL gone. My knees feel as fluid as they did when I was 12 -- I can do deep knee bends with no pain whatsoever. My back has all the mobility and flexibility I had in high school. My skin is clearing up nicely. My mood, energy, alertness, and mental clarity are all up.

Dear Patrick; I just wanted to post my thanks to you for crying out on lack of sulfur in our diets. I just got some MSM Sulfur at Whole Foods for $13 and it has a tiny scoop (1/4 tsp?) and I bet it lasts 6 months, even though I am taking 2 scoops at a time. Very economical and I guess according to your studies (can you email them to me? joanne at denisonlaw.com) very, very beneficial. I will definitely get some for my friend with joint problems and an autistic son. I got her to up her fish oil to 6 tabs per day and she no longer has aches and pains (very common) and her blood pressure dropped to normal levels and she does not need meds. I am working on her autistic son and she says he is showing some improvement slowly.

Hi I live in Australia and buy my MSM from MSM Australia.  You can check out their site.  I think they source it from US. I take 1 heaped teaspoon in the morning.  Without it I have a lot of pain and it also helps with my Lupus and skin.  I also buy their MSM cream.  Cheers

Hi Director:)! Was trying to email you. I was wondering if you have heard a lecture by or read anything by Susan Costen Owens, PhD? She is the head (director) of the Autism Oxalate Project. Much of her work started with studying the regulation of the sulfur system which led her to studying oxalates (in short). You've probably come across her research, I am guessing...in case you haven't I thought you may be interested. Please let me know and I can send you some links. Somehow, your sulfur comments in their simplicity have stuck in my mind....so I thought of you when reading her stuff.
