How much vitamin C and bicarbonate per day would you suggest?

To reply to your comment where you said that Dr. OZ's show was wishy washy cause he offered no solution to the problem. I saw the whole show and he did. He explained how you can find a dentist to remove the fillings and interviewed a couple people who had them removed, and then he explained how taking Chlorella and Cilantro can be used to detox mercury and other metals from the body. So the show was pretty thorough on what to do about it.

I just finished reading your book and liked it very much. I'm going to start over and read it again tonight. It has just the right amount of humor to keep it flowing smoothly. I have a question about vitamin C and I hope it's okay to ask here. I have been taking it and baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon each twice a day for about a year and will probably up that since reading your book. My question is: how can I make sure I get the sour vitamin C powder? I recently bought a new jar and this one isn't sour. I like the sour and I think the label on this current jar is the same as the last one (I already threw it away). Is one better than the other? Aside from that, your comment today about women and money issues should say some women. I guess you were just being silly. Thanks in advance, Judi Millan
