Hello, Read your profile and comments, and much enjoyed. Your interests and writing style very closely follow that of Jana Dixon. She has several web sites- very into biology and metaphysics, etc. Check her out. Paul Von

This post generally hits the spot. Electronegativity is potentially re-equilibrated at every step God sends us, if we will only remove our shoes. The earth is a reservoir of all the electrons we will ever need, and some. A couple of typos; line 4, replace discreet with discrete end of section, pH needs to go up, not down, ie to become more alkaline. MMS should read MSM What is HBOT? Good point about "primitive anaerobic life forms lying dormant in our DNA". Viruses do not seem to be alive; but apparently 8% of our genome consists of them; they emerge to cause dysfunction in conditions marked by hypomethylation. Cal Crilly from Oz has written extensively about this. Is GWS largely occasioned by DU? Or did vaccinations add to the burden? And Diet Coke even? Full oif aspartame? Liked the car start analogy !

One of your blogs says: "When pure Vitamin C is mixed with baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, in a small glass of water, the acidity of ascorbic acid is neutralized, producing sodium ascorbate and CO2 bubbles. The left-over bicarb or even an added half-tsp of sodium bicarbonate alkalizes blood and acts as a pH buffer." First, plenty of places sell sodium ascorbate already in easy-to-take tablet form. I think I even had a pound of pure powder of the stuff years ago. Why do you have to make your own? And what's the big deal? How is it superior to everyday ascorbic acid (studies please)? Second, your stomach contains hydrochloric acid (HCl). As soon as the extra sodium bicarbonate hits your stomach, it starts reacting with the HCl. The end products of this reaction are water (H2O), carbon dioxide gas (CO2) which makes you burp, and plain ol' table salt (NaCl) which, I presume, is digested and metabolized just like plain ol' table salt. In order for any sodium bicarbonate to get past your stomach and into your blood, you would have to take enough to neutralize all of the HCl in your stomach. I know that some form of bicarbonate is injected directly into the veins of very ill kidney patients who are suffering from uremic poisoning. The treatment is designed to neutralize the uremic acid in the blood. Apparently no CO2 bubbles are generated, which would probably kill the patient instantly. But this is a medical treatment for extremely sick people. I would like to see the studies which prove that ordinary bicarbonate of soda taken by mouth can have any effect on the ph of the blood. Heck, I would like to see studies showing that any food or ordinary non-toxic substance, taken by mouth, can alter the ph of the blood. Your body has an elaborate regulating system that, under ordinary circumstances, keeps your blood ph within a very narrow range or you would become very ill or even die. I believe that if you could actually blindly mess with your blood ph, you would probably kill yourself. Third, in spite of the hundreds of words here, I don't see anything that is helpful or useful to the average person. Y'know, "If you are having this problem try this food or this supplement." Backed up by a reference to a study. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/When_sodium_hydrogen_carbonate_reacts_with_hydrochloric_acid_what_three_products_should_be_produced_lol http://wiki.answers.com/Q/When_hydrochloric_acid_reacts_with_sodium_bicarbonate
