Ok great, I think I'm getting closer to figuring this out lol!  Thank you!! :)  Also, your dogs are so lucky to have you!  It sounds like they are fed like kings!  Wish you could come over and cook with me!! :)  Hopefully someday I'll be able to do that for my dogs.  So the Honest Kitchen stuff is way too confusing for me, so I think I'm going to just skip it.  Thanks for the information on it though, it's just going to be too much measuring and mixing stuff I think.  So if I'm understanding this correctly, the dogs shouldn't get upset stomachs if I feed a new food every week?  They also need to have the protein source switched a lot.  So what do you think of this plan?  For one week i'll feed Nature's Logic Canned Dog Food for one meal, and then Primal Pet Foods Raw Dog Food for the last meal.  But I will make sure they are different proteins for each meal.  Then the next week, I will feed Stella & Chewy's Frozen Raw Food for one meal, and then Canidae (no grain forumula) for the next meal.  Then the third week, I will feed Nature's Variety Raw Food Diet for the first meal of the day, and Nature's Logic Canned Food for the last meal of the day (again using different protein sources).  And then I will start the cycle all over again for the next three weeks.  I will also be using the probiotics and dig. enzymes with the food.  Do you think that may be a good plan?  Also, I would love to still use the Ultra Oil, but I know it wouldn't be good since it's so high in Omega 3's.  Thanks for letting me know about that!  Do you think there would be any way that I could balance out the Omega's myself by adding something to the mix that has more Omega 6's in it?  I just don't know how much I'd add, so it might be too much trouble to even deal with....I just thought I'd ask your opinion :)  I did read Dr. Becker's book, and her oil recipes are different for each meal that she feeds, so I wouldn't be able to use her oil recipes when feeding the foods I am going to feed.  That's why I was trying to find an "all purpose" good oil supplement :)  I do add Extra Virgin Coconut oil to my dog's meals sometimes as well...I hope this is ok?  Thanks again Shawna...this is really helping me out.  If you think my plan sounds good, I will order the food today for my furbabies! :)

Wow Shawna, this is all great information!  Thank you so much!! :)  I'm really glad you like my dog Andy.  He's such a mom's boy.  Sadie-Mae is a sweet dog as well.  We just got her last Friday.  The only problem I have with her is that she sheds TONS and I have to vaccumme three times a day!  I'm really really hoping this new food willl help her not to shed as much once I get her switched over to it.  I also bought her a humidifier last night.  Ok, so the Force food might be a good option except the omega 3's might be too high in it?  If they are too high, then I probably shouldn't feed it?  Or is there something I can do to balance out the omegas in it?  Also, I read that I should switch foods around every so often so that the dogs don't get allergic to the foods.  I am afraid to do this because I am concerned about the dogs getting upset stomachs due to changing all the time.  But if you think it's safe, I'm willing to give it a try.  So maybe switching three different foods around every couple weeks?  Like feeding Force (from Honest Kitchen) for two weeks, and then Nature's Logic canned food (looks awesome, thanks for recommending it) for two weeks, and then the Preference mix (from Honest Kitchen) and adding meats to it for two weeks?  Sorry I'm so confusing lol!  I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.  Thank you for checking into these foods for me, you are so kind.  Also, I have read great reviews on the Ultra Oil so I did order some but haven't fed it to the dogs yet.  I just really wanted something to help Andy's poor skin (he has rashes and some sores all over it from allergies), and also to help Sadie-Mae to stop shedding so much.  Should I contact Ultra Oil company and ask them what the omega ratio is of the oil?  I don't want to give them anything that will hurt them.  What oil do you feed your dogs? :)  Thanks again Shawna, you're a lifesaver!! :)  *Hugs!*

Thanks, Shawna!  It's about a 1-1/2 hour trip for me to see Dr. Becker.  Not too bad.... I certainly have traveled a lot further to go to dog shows.  I'm really hoping she can help my older dog with his progressive noise hypersensitivity.  I can't leave him home alone anymore.  That makes it a little difficult to pursue any job I might find, and henceforth came the thought to start my own poop-scoop business.

Thanks again for the good wishes!
