Curcumin, a potent polyphenol found in turmeric root, has been shown to possess many health-boosting properties, including an ability to prevent and treat tumors. The British Medical Journal has documented the case of a 57-year-old woman who successfully used curcumin to beat myeloma after conventional treatments failed.
