Social media platforms are working overtime to block, remove or tag what they deem as 'fake news' to keep you in the dark. Unfortunately, that includes remedies that could help prevent or treat COVID-19 to help save lives.
A Harris County, Texas, judge ruled you can be fined $1,000 for not wearing a mask in public. It was met with backlash from residents, lawmakers and even the governor, who said the county could not collect the fine.
In the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, testing glitches led to inconclusive results that caused delays in getting accurate COVID-19 diagnoses. An investigation revealed the tests were ineffective because they were contaminated with coronavirus due to sloppy laboratory practices and lack of expertise.
