Sleep has a profound impact on health but, unfortunately, it is often put as a last priority.
If you are currently having problems sleeping, one of the best things you can do is make sure you are getting enough cardiovascular exercise. Not only will exercise normalize your insulin levels and increase your lifespan, but it is also one of the best things you can do to sleep well.
I suspect that my regular exercise routine is one of the main reasons why I almost never have any problems with sleep (aside from making sure I get enough).
However, if you are already exercising and are still having problems sleeping, please be sure and review my sleep guidelines.
Often, insomnia is due to unresolved emotional challenges including anxiety and stress. EFT works remarkably well in resolving these types of problems. For step-by-step instructions on how to perform this effective technique view my free EFT manual, or get more in-depth information with my EFT Series on DVD or VHS.
