  • A meta-analysis of more than 208,000 people found that drinking two to four cups of caffeinated coffee daily was associated with a 50 percent reduced suicide risk among adults
  • Caffeine promotes production of the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline. It also triggers the release of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), which activates brain stem cells to convert into new neurons
