You
might have read that married people live longer, now research has
revealed yet another health benefit of marriage--happily married women
tend to have stronger hearts.
A study that evaluated 600 women between the ages of 30 and 65,
over the course of 10 years revealed that loving and healthy relationships
had a positive influence on the way the heart functioned.
On the other hand, lonely women and unhappily married women exhibited
a significant increase in the narrowing of blood vessels. In addition,
their pulse rate showed signs of stagnant pulse rate, which is a
sign they aren't as strong with handling physical strain as the
other women.
Lonely women also showed a higher likelihood of developing chronic
diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
Heart Healthy Benefits of Happily Married

- Lower rate of fatal accidents
- Lower incidences of depression, schizophrenia and suicide
Researchers believed that in the future martial stress might become
